openCU  was a  proof of concept prototype with some bugs, we decided to re_implement openCU  with newer and more efficent video and audiocodecs from the WebM project , opus, opencv and Qt as plattform independent Gui library

The basic idea is to adopt mumble because of the low latancy and security and modify the protocol for different video solutions and implement a reputation based honoring system , togehter with openCv as motion/gesture recognising system with a virtuel currency.
